Manufacturing Data Acquisition and Management System (MaDAMS)

INTRODUCTION

MaDAMS is a system that integrates both Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. MaDAMS assist manufacturers in managing their entire production line in Data collection and processing to generate critical information. With the assistance of Manufacturing Data Acquisition and Management System (MaDAMS), the production will be shifting more of its manual tasks to digital based system. The system will drastically reduce the non-essential input by the operator to make sure the performance of the production line will be based on real data.

MANUFACTURING EXECUTION SYSTEM (MES)

MES is a system where hardwares and devices are introduced to the production lines to capture actual and real-time based data. All the data are being used to monitor the production progress, yield and performance according to its Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). This system can be introduced to any production lines either interconnected or stand alone stations. With all production data consolidated and accessible in real-time, critical actions can be made by the factory management team to improve their production line on the spot to minimize their loss and maximize the overall process efficiency.

This system covers from end-to-end processes where all interconnected departments will be able to plan and allocate their resources to complete a specific task.
